Complete Order Process for Stainless Steel Flatware From Inquiry to Delivery

Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how we handle each order, from the very first inquiry to final shipment:

2️⃣ Prepare Quotation
We immediately prepare a comprehensive quotation, confirming whether the client prefers to use existing designs or customized designs. This is a crucial step, as it helps us determine whether a mold fee needs to be included in the quotation.

3️⃣ Confirm Product Style and Shipping Terms
Once the product style is confirmed, we discuss and finalize the shipping terms. Clients can choose from options such as FOB (Free on Board), DAP (Delivered at Place), or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This ensures clarity on responsibilities and costs.

4️⃣ Sample Arrangement
After the quotation and terms are settled, we proceed to sample development. We create a prototype sample for the client to review.

5️⃣ Sample Evaluation and Improvement
The client receives the sample and carefully evaluates it. If there are any suggestions or areas for improvement, we adjust accordingly to ensure the final product perfectly matches the client’s vision.

6️⃣ Order Confirmation and Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
Once the sample is approved, the official order is confirmed. We then create a pre-production sample (PPS) for final approval before mass production begins.

7️⃣ Mass Production
With the PPS approved, we start mass production. During this phase, our QC (Quality Control) team performs continuous inspections to ensure each batch meets our strict quality standards.

8️⃣ Final Quality Inspection
When production is complete, we conduct a thorough final quality inspection. Only products that pass this step are cleared for packaging and shipment.

9️⃣ Packaging and Shipment Preparation
Approved products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. We then arrange for shipment, working closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery according to the agreed shipping terms.

10️⃣ Delivery to Client
Finally, the goods are shipped out and delivered to the client. We continue to provide after-sales support to address any follow-up questions or needs.
